Honest and dependable! Tier 1 went over and beyond for me and my business after a recent hail storm damaged my roof! Tier 1 handled everything all I had to do was open a claim on my roof. Now my roof is back to being leak free! This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and Both times they completely exceeded my expectations. Thanks tier 1!!!
WORSE experience with these guys. Everything was good until after i paid these guys and i had my roof re inspected. And it was very low quality work. I had a hole in my roof that was supposed to be fixed and it was not. Water was leaking!! Total Nightmare.
We had a claim for a hail damaged roof replacement. 7500 Square foot commercial building in Wichita. Their follow-up and follow through to completion were admirable and appreciated. Rare service in todays environment! Thanks again!
