Maribel Andrade was our representative who assisted us with our new home and paper work. SHe was extremley proffessional , curteous, and very attentive to our needs. Working with Maribel to purchase our home was a delightful experience. She was incredibly quick to respond, on top of all the details, and got us answers to every question in the shortest of turnaround times. Our close was somewhat slow (due to it being an assumable mortgage), but Maribel was the calm, steady consistent we needed to make sure we closed on our dream home! 10/10 would recommend Maribel and Tienken & Associates!
