Best General Medicine Doctor I have ever had. He helped guide me thru cancer and a major organ transplant while diagnosing all my symptoms correctly and steering me in the right direction every time. He is very methodical and listens very well. I always felt I was in competent hands with his knowledge. He is a good listener and has a caring and calm attitude. What was so special about Dr. Lam is the way he made me feel, over the years, like he had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Dr. Tien Lam.

I am so glad I have Dr. Lam as my family physician. He has a calm demeanor and is very thorough and kind. He is a patient's advocate. He often reads my lab results shortly after they are available and gives me his feedback right away. He noticed that although my thyroid function is still within normal limits but it has has been decreasing over the years by looking through all my old lab records for many years. His physician's assistant is very friendly as well.

Dr. Lam is amazing. He is very thorough in his analysis of problems even complex ones. He suggestions are practical. He is the best general practitioner I have ever had.
I have been seeing Dr. Lam for almost three years now. He was good for about the first two. I am not sure what happened. He does not spend enough time with me even though I schedule my appointments in advance and explain the problem in detail. He is happy to write a referral however his staff is terrible when it comes to getting them approved. They say they will call you back, HA! That is a joke. Time to move on.
