Had Taylor clean two times, both times she was professional and accomplished the cleaning job efficiently while still doing amazing work. She never complains about anything and will go above and beyond if you have any additional requests. Just awesome, really great service at more than a fair price point! Taylor runs the best independent cleaning service in Victoria.

During a move-out clean, they did a great job at cleaning areas that haven't been touched in years. Very professional, efficient and good value.

I was very please with the job that Taylor did. She worked efficiently in a large house that also had a suite that need to be cleaned. I will definitely use her again!

I booked an appointment with Taylor. She never showed up. I called to see why. She didn't answer. I left a voicemail. She never called back. That was 5 days ago......... UPDATE: This review got a pretty quick response from Taylor. She did call me, but as it's Sunday and I don't work Sunday, I didn't answer. She did leave a voicemail this time explaining that she had called to say she couldn't make our meeting.
