This is one of the most poorly run businesses I've ever engaged with. As a customer, you will be promised a professional to clean your home/office on a recurring basis. However, you will experience the following: 1) Cleaners cancel last minute or no-show frequently, and there are no back up cleaners 2) The only way to get ahold of customer service is to leave a voice mail, which is hardly ever returned 3) The scheduling department sends cleaners on the wrong days with no advanced notification / reminder 4) The owner, Troy, i... read more
Natalie has been cleaning our home for 4 years. We love “Natalie Days” when we come home from a long day and our house is spotless! It’s totally worth the cost which is very reasonable.
Purity does an amazing job. She is thorough and organized. I love coming home after I know she has cleaned because it is comforting and my house always looks perfect. I highly recommend Tidy Home Helpers.
