Great experience here! I was overwhelmed after the holiday with clean up and catching up on things around the house. I went on their website and scheduled a pick up that morning of my laundry. I received email confirmation and Howard came for pick up about an hour and a half later. I was able to track my order every step of the way and received my laundry back the very next morning, perfectly cleaned and folded. 5 stars! Will be using their service again! So convenient and easy!
