Yesterday (the Friday after Thanksgiving) we had a flat. Tidwell ordered my tires and asked me to return Saturday morning around nine. At 9:30, they informed me the tire place was running behind on deliveries and asked if I could come back after 11. That was not an option as we were to be in Sulphur Springs for Thanksgiving with family at one. Without a hesitation, they put a loaner tire on and I will come back Monday for my tires!! Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

Hats off to Tidwell Tire Center today. I noticed I had a tire leaking and stopped in to have it fixed. After they fixed I got ready to pay at counter and was told I owed nothing since I was a repeat customer of theirs. Great customer care. Thanks Tidwell Tire Center. Will definitely be back again when time to reolace
