I cannot say enough about the compassion, professionalism, and dignity shown to my mom and our family during her final moments. I have NEVER experienced this level of care. The team treated my mom with such tenderness and respect. They bathed her, washed her hair, made sure she smelled and felt wonderful, and did everything possible to keep her comfortable. This place is a joke! My mother, who is 94, is under hospice care with them. We called them yesterday morning at 5 AM requesting support to administer more fee. They said somebody would be here between 10 and 11 AM. No-show, no call. We followed up with calls and nothing. Finally at 10 o’clock at night one of our caregivers called and cried on the phone and finally got somebody to come out. This is the reason for your existence. You completely and utterly failed. They took very good care of my dad when he was there, they were very kind to me even on the day he died and I yelled at them to not touch me, they understood and showed me love and kindness. Thank you.
The folks that work here are angels on earth. They care for not only your loved one, but support the grieving family also. The hospice home is absolutely beautiful. It's like stepping into your own comfortable home. I can't think of a more serene place to close your eyes one last time.
Absolutely the WORST experience of my life! They are everything that Hospice is supposed to NOT be!!!! Don't put your loved ones and yourself through the final days with this organization. Absolutely HORRIFIC!!!
