Moving in was a breeze with Samantha the previous leasing manager. She never gave me a hard time. Since she left there’s a new leasing manager named Liz and it’s been nothing but Dow hill. She lost money from previous payments that were made and now I’m dealing with a domestic violence issue with my ex who is still currently in my house. Dog poop covering the entire property, walking by here is like a soldier crawling through a field of land mines. Seriously more dog poop than I’ve ever seen. Property management needs to step up and do something
WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!! My walls were PAPER THIN, I knew when my neighbors were walking, when they sneezed, making a phone call, YOU NAME IT! Keith said he would rectify the issue but that was another one of his false promises. Need to get ahold of anyone in the office? GOODLUCK! They are hardly ever in the office & they never return your phone calls from their sorry call center reps. This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever dealt with. Save your money & time, this place is a JOKE.
Mrs.Lynesia made the moving process very simple and so easy. She had such a great attitude and made me feel at home. I'm looking forward to living here.
My first apartment, loved living here, Keith is a great property manager he listened to any of my concerns and made the transfer process so easy. If he wasn't leaving I would stay. Ceilings are tall theres a gym and pool access. one floor about 65 units. walking distance to lots of restaurants! I recommend this place and everybody!
