TERRIBLE apartment complex. Parking sucks. Trash everywhere. Dogshit everywhere. Crime everywhere. Parking NOWHERE. Pool is trash. Managment is ok. Maintenence is slack. Cars broken into all the time. Lots of homeless in the area so they are always around. Not to mention the trains screaming at 3AM. Terrible experience

Dog feces everywhere, even on the sidewalk, the gym restrooms are always trashed, not for families at all. If you have kids run. There’s been shootings, the pool is filled with adults drinking and smoking. There was nearly 50 people at the pool on the 4th of July. It has went so down hill over the last couple years. Trash is always overflowing. There’s trash everywhere. A groundskeeper or two should be hired to make sure the area is maintained.

Moving in was a breeze with Samantha the previous leasing manager. She never gave me a hard time. Since she left there’s a new leasing manager named Liz and it’s been nothing but Dow hill. She lost money from previous payments that were made and now I’m dealing with a domestic violence issue with my ex who is still currently in my house. I had to flee from the state of Virginia for my safety. I notified both Liz and Jennifer and they both told me they’re sorry but couldn’t take my name off the lease. Dog poop covering the entire property, walking by here is like a soldier crawling through a field of land mines. Seriously more dog poop than I’ve ever seen. Property management needs to step up and do something

WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!! My walls were PAPER THIN, I knew when my neighbors were walking, when they sneezed, making a phone call, YOU NAME IT! Keith said he would rectify the issue but that was another one of his false promises. Need to get ahold of anyone in the office? GOODLUCK! They are hardly ever in the office & they never return your phone calls from their sorry call center reps. This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever dealt with. Save your money & time, this place is a JOKE.
