I had the worst experience using Tidewater Realty as my property manager. They never conducted any walkthroughs when people moved in or out, they were slow to deal with problems that then resulted in me having to spend more money, and were generally unresponsive to the tenants issues. The property manager also took the tenants side and kept their deposit when there were thousands of dollars of damage done to my house.
