This company is beyond Shady. Unfortunately they took over our HOA and are absolutely awful. They do not care about the homeowners and only care about money and lining their own pockets. They use MULITPLE attorneys to use scare tactics to force you to pay astronomical fees. 3 months late on 1 year of dues which are 158... tell me why I had to pay an attorney $458 for apparently 2 years when I only owed 1 with a "modest fee" only to make that payment.. then get another letter from a different attorney saying we only owed only... read more
