I’ve had a very frustrating experience with TPMG’s billing and insurance process. Twice now I’ve had to reach out because they failed to submit my charges to my insurance provider. Instead of correcting it right away, the bill was sent to collections, even though TPMG later admitted it was their mistake. Patients shouldn’t have to spend hours trying to fix issues that stem from internal errors. It’s stressful and unnecessary, especially when it affects your credit. Had a procedure done for my son. 8 months later get a debit collections letter, with extra fees. Seems I owed but was never contacted (mail or phone) to collect.
The staff that works there is very friendly and helpful.
