Dr Higgins is an excellent surgeon, highly recommend.
Always a pleasure to visit Tidewater Orthopedics. Staff is timely and kind. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Higgins, he already has performed a total hip and knee replacement. He always gives me good information. Pending another hip and knee replacement and I have no hesitation having either surgery.
