Doctor Mason replaced my shoulder that had been bothering me for approximately 30 years finally the pain from the arthritis helped me make the decision to have a doctor look at it. My left shoulder joint was replaced I went through therapy and I can only give these people 5 stars, Dr Mason obviously did a good job but the folks in the therapy section of the organization are just beyond reproach they all work together they support one another you can count on any 1 of them to help you whether that person's assigned to you or... read more
Dr. Sablan was extremely nice. However the experience with the scheduling staff is so horrific it negates anything positive from Dr. Sablan. Good luck getting a call back in a timely manner. Good luck getting anyone else to help you if the person you need help from is off. Unacceptable customer service. And if you’re workers comp....be prepared to get treated like you don’t have insurance.

All positive comments about this place. Dr's are great. I've seen Dr R. Mason and he always listens to my concerns, without rushing out the door. My Grandmother saw Dr Payne when she was here and he was awesome as well. So I highly recommend Tidewater Ortho.
