You see a PA never a doctor, the PA has to go back and forth and talk to the Dr it is a waste of time just let me see a Dr Then all they want to do is send you to therapy since it is in their office you know get more $$ out of your insurance company instead of fixing the problem they milk your insurance then do the surgery. Doctor Mason replaced my shoulder that had been bothering me for approximately 30 years finally the pain from the arthritis helped me make the decision to have a doctor look at it.
