Been renting from PMI for almost 5 years now. Never had an issue that wasn't resolved either same day or next day. The maintenance team is great. Krystal in the main office has always been a great point of contact. 15/10 company.
I actually liked PMI Virginia. Patti was amazing, she helped me find a huge house close to my daughters job, in a very safe neighborhood. I had some amazing neighbors! I have ESA cats, she educated me about my rights and what LLs can't do or deny in regards to them. She was really prompt in responding to me. She showed me 2 properties. The best property managers and real estate agent team in the area! I am a real estate investor with properties in several states and it doesn't get much better than PMI Virginia. I live out of state and am active duty military, so I don't have the time to manage my properties on my own.
