Melissa and her team at PMI have been nothing but supportive and informative of everything we needed to rent our home out. As two active duty members in the military we are constantly moving and our time is limited in certain locations. Melissa came in and made us very comfortable and addressed all of our concerns throughout the process of finding tenants for our property. If you are looking for a property management company, please use them! You won’t be disappointed.
The dog waste receptacles overflowing, and as I live in close proximity to it. The odor and the size of the waste pile are becoming a significant concern. The amount in HOA/condo fees for community maintenance and sanitation services, and this ongoing issue falls below the standard expected for those fees.
I don’t think there are enough words to say how grateful I am to PMI Virginia. Renting through them has been incredible. When my service animal passed away shortly after moving in, I received messages from all of them. They really care and are so thoughtful. I had an issue with my door and reached out to maintenance. They were there to fix my door not even an hour after I submitted a request. I’ve never rented from a better company. I recommend them to everyone!
Response quick, helpful and good on any type of issues. I had some electrical issues in the house, I submitted a ticket and the next day had the issue fixed thanks to Jim reid, and pmi team.
