The food is very good. The French fries are limp and need to be twice fried. Go orders are put in styrofoam clamshells. Fried food gets soggy quickly. Should switch to paper fiber to absorb the steam. If you are eating in it is very good. If taking out be aware.

What an amazing Lil restaurant. It’s been awhile since we ate there. I was pleasantly surprised. Breda was an excellent server. Great food that’s priced just right. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend this place.
The atmosphere is great, good place to have a conversation without straining to hear. The food was really, really good! I had the fried oyster platter, and they were the best oysters I have had down here. My husband had the crab-stuffed shrimp, and they were perfect. We only get down here once or twice a year, and have driven past the Tidewater Grill on numerous occasions. We met a friend there, on her recommendation, and she did not disappoint. First time here. Food was very good. I just wish the waitress had mentioned the specials before I ordered since my back was to the special board and I never saw them. We will go back.
Best cheeseburger I’ve had in quite a while. And onion rings were spot on!!!
