The food at Tidewater Bar and Grill is outstanding! The best fried shrimp I have ever had in my life. It is NOT greasy. This was probably about the 12th time I have been there. The crab cakes are excellent also. There is a set menu with a lot of variety, but then there are the blackboard specials. It changes every week. This is now the only place I eat seafood at the beach. Oh and the homemade chicken salad is to die for(great for lunch).

Food and service was fantastic! We had a big table so I had the opportunity to try the calamari, shrimp and crab dip, fried green tomatoes, the shrimp/chicken/sausage pasta, the shrimp and grits, and the crab cakes. Everything I tried was outstanding and we had a great night with family! We will definately be back!

One of our favorites! We had calamari as our appetizer, chicken salad sandwich for lunch, and bananas foster for dessert! A great meal, excellent service, and wonderful people!! It's doesn't get much better!
We made our first visit to Tidewater around 3pm Saturday...wasn't busy at all. The service was great and the food was delish! Loved the crabella and fried green tomatoes!😍
