Dave behind the counter was awesome. I had old air bags on my motorhome (not available any more) Dave recommended an alternative, they fit perfectly. Love dealing with knowledgeable people. AA +++ here
I have been in this store twice to pick up parts and have not been impressed with their customer service. It took the front desk quite awhile to even acknowledge I was there waiting to be helped, while the 2 men that went before me received prompt attention. Not store why they got the golden treatment and I was left without acknowledgement for at least 30min. Called them at 4:57 pm and they close at 5, no answer. Just needed a relay and of course they never answer. Staff isn’t knowledgeable at all. Marcus is miserable ever since he’s been on the counter. And last but not least, you better call with a part number if you want the correct part!
