I've always had a positive experience with the dental team and the staff is very friendly, but I seem to have a new issue with the billing every time I'm there. Today I had the pleasure of paying a $16 transaction fee because there was no warning of adding a 4% credit card fee. And there was no option of splitting or delaying payment.
The whole team is amazing and very thorough (which I needed since I hadn’t seen a dentist in a little while due to the pandemic). Both Tina and Dr. Smith are wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. I was recommended this place by a family friend and will now always recommend this place to other people if they ask. Once again, my visit with Dr. Smith was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Smith took the time to discuss my x-rays, priority areas of focus and a care plan. Dr. Smith totally takes the stress out of a dental visit. Thank you Dr. Smith and Team
All staff were courteous and attentive. Tina did a great cleaning. :-) Dr. Smith was very professional and explained the treatment plan thoroughly.
