We had a great 29th floor East Beach view. Sunrises were beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurant on sight. Great food and the convenience was superb. 22nd floor, this room was okay. We would love a place to play cards as a group, but alas no main table with enough chairs to do this. A storm was brewing our way and made the last couple of days double red flag. The resort food was great as always, staff suoer nice. Pleasant experience once again

I have been coming to Panama and Destin with my family for years. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. If you are thinking of booking with this building do not.

I'd give Tidewater Beach Resort 3 stars. The parking garage is confusing, and the on-site restaurant/bar is very small. The food was good, but the wait was surprisingly long even when it wasn't busy. The biggest issue is the elevators. Expect long waits, especially during peak times. On top of that, you have to wear thick wristbands the entire stay, and there are multiple security doors throughout the building that require scanning your band just to move around.
