My husband went in to the place in Byron and asked about them working on his tractor. They said they would come out after the first of the month. Waited 2 weeks after the first and returned to the place to inquire again. Was give the run around to call back. Waited a few days and called the number given and was told they only rent at the place in Byron. Would have been nice to know that so we weren't waiting on them almost a month to come out.
Great service
While pulling my hair out trying to find a part, I called Tidewater Ag in Byron. The rep searched and found that they didn't have the very rare part in any of their stores. Instead of just saying "we don't have it" and ending the conversation, he took the time to search for it elsewhere and found only two in the US. He also took the time to give me names and phone numbers. I haven't called the other places yet, but regardless if they sell or not, the customer service at Tidewater is amazing
