It was a very nice experience to live in las Vegas Nevada sorry I had to move from Spanish oaks because I love the Spanish and care for there servival. I even thought Gaby was a very pretty best dressed rep.miss seeing her at the office since her transfer in November 2017 well by for now take care ya all till next visit god bless you.
My humble opinion Spanish Oaks has come a long way. The community manager is awesome to deal with and so are the rest of her team. No more drugs on the property, at any given time you can see the guys walking around cleaning up the compound, taking care of bugs etc, etc, etc. Overall I will recommend this community to my friends and whoever is interested in living in a nice community. Way to go Spanish Oaks.

Need a garage!!!for our car n storage walk in shower
My kids and I have lived here for about a year. I plan to renew my lease :) It is a family atmosphere for the most part. My kids and I feel safe and they've made a lot of friends. Its affordable and close to everything. The only drawback is the conservice bill (water, sewer, trash). It cannot be split apart from the rent and it varies from 40.00-75.00 per month.
