Re: The Bryant Apartments- I was told in a text message I had a $1181 credit for six weeks for my rent only to find out through the portal I’m being charged $519.40. I find this to be suspicious and irregular. Who announces that I’m supposed to get a credit and then turns around and charges me something with no explanation as to why? I first moved into the apartment, July 19 only to find the air conditioner doesn’t work and the maintenance person didn’t even know I was moving in. The floor was very dirty. NOISE FROM HEAVY DRINKING AT PARKING LOT PARTIES /POOL PARTIES AT NIGHT TILL VERY LATE!!!! From almost daily parking lot parties/to people having cookouts at the parking lot to regular """pool parties"" into the wee hours of the night blaring out music from a large concert speaker they put out there for the entire complex to hear their music all the way from the pool.Along with the yelling from drunkardness. I have been living at The Bryant apartments for 4months, I wanna say from the staff, management and maintenance they have been exceptional. Whenever you put any request in, it gets handled immediately. The Bryant is the place to be if you’re looking for a place to rent. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Ms Raquel was so helpful from the get go till I was fully settled in my apartment. I will recommend the Bryant’s apartment anytime
Please avoid moving here. They will try everything they can to charge you extra. Multiple times I completely paid my utilities and they tried to deny it and charge me for it the next month. And when you go to the office to try to get it fixed it’s a whole scene. The office told me as long as I’m moved out I can turn in my key late. They just called and said I will be charged every day that my key is turned in late. This is supposed to be a place for low income people to live, but they will try to take all your money.
