Horrible management and maintenance. Maintenance is not skilled at all. My sister and I are retired and when we put in work order NO ONE SHOWS UP THEN THEY CLOSE THE ORDER AS IF IT WAS COMPLETED. Patio sliding door has not been able to open since moving in. Water heater on the friz. Only 1 smoke detector in 2 bedroom. Management is hostile and lazy. Rather than fix repairs they say we can get out of our lease anytime. Something is not right. Drugs and noisey is insane.
Do not rent an apartment in this complex under any circumstances, as the staff is extremely impolite and inexperienced, the apartments are in terrible condition and mismanaged. The area is a hub for drugs and there are homeless individuals residing on the premises.
