Well-organized, with patient and calm staff that truly care. I'm so grateful to have found Tides of Mind!
Long wait list. Understaffed, and severely so. The people there mean well, but are managed poorly. It took me a month to get both treatment and therapy each. Left me without a med manager. Continually did so. Only did Online Appointments for both. When I asked for physical for medication or therapy. They’re casting a wider net for themselves then they can receive. I wish I could stress that this isn’t on secretaries or, the therapists— even the doctors. But do yourself a favor and go to another practice.
