If there was an option for zero Stars, that's exactly what this counseling service company deserves unethical business practices taking advantage of people that are in a vulnerable mental state. They fail to disclose the cost of services up front while giving you the impression that their service is covered by your insurance and are flat out rude and disrespectful when you try to speak to someone regarding your bill and pricing. I went out on a limb to reach out for help with issues that have been weighing heavily on me and after only 1, 50 minute video session where the counselor basically had me screenshot 2 YouTube videos for me to watch as homework and served me with a $367 bill after paying $1,800 a month for insurance is absolutely unethical and has been extremely counter productive.
