Horrible place the maintenance I guess is bad everything on this apartment I come home and they cleaning upstairs or rain or whatever and the balcony in the first floor is always so bad dirty because is holes on the balcony upstairs so I always have that mess like in the first pic ,second pic they dis something on the roof. Of the balcony they didn’t finished and left a mess ,the other ones is how bad they paint like what is that ,and pool always close horrible
Came home after theee LONGEST DAY of construction work in this Texas Heat to no AC in my home. The thermostat literally said 99degrees INSIDE my apartment. Called the maintenance line, Jesus R. answered and told me he was on the way, gave me an ETA and showed up right on time with a temporary window unit. Said he would fix the ac first thing in the morning and he did just that. 10/10
Terrible apartment the water shuts iff at random times and they dont even notify you about when its going to come back one also sometimes the water will be freezing cold or boiling hot and then it takes them 3+ days to fix it ive just got back from the gym trying to take a shower and eat and i cant shower because the water is off and i cant make food because the water is off terrible apartments!!! go to the apartment complex next door👍
New Management really takes initiative and helps residents!!! The Manager Susie is kind and understanding, I feel comfortable addressing any issues or speaking with her whenever I need anything. The Maintenance team now is really good at what they do! Jesus R. Is a great maintenance guy and is extremely intelligent and insightful. He has fixed multiple things and made sure everything is up and running and doesn’t leave a mess in the process!!!
