My unit was clean and almost everything worked. The washer works when it wants to, the dishwasher just heats up. My front door needs to be replaced and my kitchen sink needs a hose. The ladies in the office were very kind. I was able to get my keys, do my personal walkthrough, address my concerns and they were very quick to have maintenance come look over my concerns and put in request to have things fixed.
