I just love the new management take over The best is yet to come for our apartment community. Super friendly staff with a lot of passion to provide us with everything we need for a comfortable environment. I’ve only been here for a short time and I’m seeing so much improvement
I’ve currently been at the Tides at Cheyenne for about 6 months . Since the new management I can FEEL the CHANGE ! The kiddos have swings ! I Honestly feel WE are going in the right direction! Thank you Mangement !
Since I've moved in, the office staff although not always available? Has been very supportive. The maintenance staff? I've never seen a faster team to deploy on a call. Not to mention they're extremely fast with resolution to my issue. My neighbors? Are a very eclectic bunch but they've been really cool. My only concern? Would be the crime and level of the violent crimes that have happened on campus. Since under new management? It's gotten quieter and a bit more peaceful.
