Wonderful facility and staff. Dr. Colonna is awesome. She has great bedside manner and gave me the most complete medical exam I have had in a long time.
When I made my appointment 6 months ago I made it clear I wanted to see the doctor not a PA. That did not happen. Very disappointed
The front office staff and nursing staff is great. There have been ridiculously long wait times after checking in. If I am on time, the doctor should also be on time. My time is valuable too. Dr. Selander has been good and enjoyed meeting with Dr. Bennet. But, there is no consistency in providers, this recent visit has left me feeling dismissed, unheard and my trust has been violated. Staff is very nice and made me very comfortable!
My PCP is through Tidelands so I was referred to Tidelands OB/GYN for my “female care”. When I tried to schedule my first appointment the earliest available was 7 months out. I scheduled and a week before my appt they called to reschedule and said the reason was because the doc decided to take a vacation!! I was not happy but rescheduled and this time the appt was made for 8 months out.
