Lorraine was exceptionally kind and attentive. She was most helpful and very understanding. I was totally relaxed and trusted her with her expertise. So warm and loving while totally professional. It was a pleasure meeting her.and having access to this facility.
I arrived before appointment, waited to be called back. Staff greeted me and lead me back to the imaging area. Instructed as to what to remove and if any metal or foreign objects may be in my body. Staff was very pleasant and professional. When finished made sure I was able to leave the area.
