Tidelands is the most caring, effecient staff I've ever been to. They take time to hear your concerns and issues. They don't rush. They really care.
Very friendly and thorough! Sadly they (no one the the MB area) offers anesthesia sedation while administering an MRI. Many people are claustrophobic and require sedation mini anesthesia to put them out or certainly twilight sedation!!!
Arrived at the check-in desk in foyer for an ultrasound. The gal behind the desk was slow, in every meaning of the word. There were six people crowded in line waiting on her. When I got up to the desk, she said my doctor had not sent the order. Later on, I contacted my doctor. The order is “not sent.” It is entered into a patient’s chart and available for Tidelands staff.
