Love the doctors and supportive staff. Do not make check in on desk top-have older patients with Tremors, Dementia-it makes it more difficult to check in. Add table that can be lowered and raised at least for patients having foot surgery. Again -older patients recuperating cannot access examine tables easily. Listen to your patients
Technicians are knowledgeable and on time. I never have to wait.
I have been a patient of Tidelands for more than 6 years, and most of the time, I have had a good experience. Melissa and the lab technicians are great, always caring and smiling. Most of the other employees from the front desk to the waiting area show respect. Most doctors, NPs, and PAs care about their job. But there are 2 that need retraining on how to care for patients and show respect: Dr. Polk and Mae. Polk has to be one of the worst physicians Tidelands has hired.
