I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I was asked to be there by 11:15 for my 11:45 appointment. As soon as I walked in the building I was immediately taken to registration. I was done in 5 minutes and as soon as I sat down in the waiting room I was called to the back. It took them no more than 10-15 minutes to do everything. I was out the door by 11:35!
I was promptly taken back for my CAT Scan at my appointment time. The techs were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
I am 82 years old, and had my first mammogram at TIDELANDS HEALTH CLINIC. It was a truly rekaxing experience. Every employee there showed friendly compassion as I went thru each test. My concerns was answered and explained completely to me. YES,I highly recommend TIDELANDS HEALTH CLINIC to my family, friends and to all searching for a outstanding place to go.
I felt very at ease when I met the receptionist. She was friendly. The tech was very personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing so I wouldn’t be nervous in a new facility.
