I needed a quick appointment today and my PCP was out of town. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Steven Sponaugle. He seems to have a genuine concern and was very helpful today beyond my expectations. If I were not so content with the care I receive from NP Crystal Connors at this same location I would be one of his regular patients. They are both very smart, genuine, and thorough.
Doctor was good but had an insurance issue and it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting on a call back from the office manager. Quick to send the bill. Not quick to help with the issue. Do better.
I feel very blessed to have to have found Paige Weaver as my primary care physician . Thank you!!
