Doctor was good but had an insurance issue and it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting on a call back from the office manager. Quick to send the bill. Not quick to help with the issue. Do better.

Got stuck in traffic due to an accident on HWY 17, called to let them know I was going to be a little late. Already drove over an hour to get to my appointment with my 4 month old and 1 year old. They told me if I made it there within 10 minutes past my appointment I could still be seen, made it there within 8 minutes and they wouldn’t see me and told me I had to reschedule. Tidelands Health has the most unorganized health facilities.
