After waiting over 2 months for my appointment, had a 10 minute visit with Dr. Lane. Typical Tidelands Health.
I have a referral from my primary care for Tideland Endocrinology. My insurance doesn’t require a referral, but this doctors office does. My primary has faxed the referral to the number that was given to them and to me at least three times. When I called down there to see if they have received it and try to make an appointment, they said they have not received it yet and there is nothing that they can do. I am so beyond frustrated.
My provider Gabrielle Hernandez is so smart, friendly, and attentive. I love her.
