My provider for this visit was Allison Devaux and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and thoroughness. She was completely prepared and was familiar with my history when she came into the room, and explained things in detail and gave me answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend her. The office staff were friendly as well.
Google maps will misdirect you! Looking for this or the waccamaw west medical building where many many other medical offices are located will take you to the hospital instead of to the building which is actually freestanding and 0.3 miles away. Red brick , 3 stories. Look instead for tidelands neurological sciences. It too is at 4040 highway 17 in Murrells Inlet sc, but it seems to be the only location that will cause Google maps to take you to the right place. If you know how to get Google to fix this problem, please do.
