I was scheduled at 9:30 for a 10:00 appointment assuming there was some prep that needed to be done during that time but it was in fact just disregard for my time. Then they were “behind” so I didn’t get in until 10:30 for my 9:30 appointment and once in the room I shivered the whole time because it was so cold. The staff said that several patients have had the same complaint and they have passed it on to the supervisors yet they still have no blankets or even sheets to cover with
Cannot say often enough how grateful I am to be in the care of Dr. Mislowsky. She and her team have been making this difficult journey bearable. I’ve always felt that regardless of the issue or concern, she and her team are giving it 110%. Couldn’t ask for smarter, more skilled, more committed and supportive breast cancer surgeon!
Wonderful place Staff is great. I just wish I could remember the names of the 2 ladies that helped me when I wasn’t feeling the greatest. They went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I just wanted to say thank you to them from the bottom of my heart ❤
