Dr Brackett is a very caring and kind physician. He and his staff are absolutely terrific. He is knowledgeable about your medical history when he enters the room. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff there.
I called to find out, after an order would be placed, if the typical wait for a procedure to be scheduled would be one week? A month? The scheduler kept interrupting me, with her interpretation of what I as going to say. She wouldn’t give me an estimate wait time, and was very rude. Obviously I now won’t go to Tidelands for anything thing. First impressions make a difference.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my surgeon, Dr. Brackett and the entire staff. From the very first appointment, my surgeon took the time to answer every single one of my questions thoroughly and patiently. He explained everything in great detail, never making me feel rushed or dismissed, and ensured I fully understood each step of the process.
