Yes, I want to give you a review for your website. Our primary home is in Florida and we flooded in Irma last year. Our retirement home in New Bern is in FH Marina Townes and my parents and family are in Richlands and have flooded bad. Your company has had the best customer service I've experienced in both Irma & Florence. I am happy I have you as our electric provider. The communication and updates were the best I have ever seen.
