Have to give y'all a big thank you for all the work cutting tree limbs this year. Our power has not even flickered during hurricane Matthew. Again a big thank-you for all of the hard work.
Was told after getting my lights disconnected that I would be receiving my deposit refund check by the end of the week. Called today and was told that the worker took it upon herself to put in the work order late to get my stuff disconnected and that because of it our check won't come for almost 4 weeks. Called on the 11th checks went out on the 15th but we "missed" it for another workers mess up. This is very poor customer service being told someone else screwed our stuff up and we have to be the one paying for it.
Not bad at all!! Power out in thunderstorms tonight had me back going an hr 20 min!! Thanks
Came home to no power after work. I called and spoke with Cathy and she was very nice and there was technician at our house within 30 minutes. Thank you!
I have always had prompt response to any outage. I love that there is actually someone who reads and replies to Facebook messages. I can't say enough about how great they are.
