Horrible customer service! My 20 arborvitaes were planted in March and 12 are dead. I called to see if we could rectify the situation where Nick said, "Nope, there is no guarantee." And proceeded to tell me I could have not watered them and then I told him I would show him my water bill and then was accused that I overwatered them. Some compassion would have gone a long way considering I am out $2,000. Use a nursery that has a guarantee!!! Learned my lesson!
Best place around to buy plants, trees, shrubs. Excellent customer service.
