One of the best communities in the Wilmington area!! I love how convenient it is to the beach and great restaurants.

Beautiful community. We absolutely fell in love with it after a very extensive search throughout the Wilmington area. The residents are incredibly friendly and the neighborhoods are quiet and pristine.
My son and family live here. Wonderful community. Everyone so friendly and mix so well and children able to go about freely as all parents take an interest in all the kids. Always enjoyed sitting at the dock watching those fishing and the tranquility of the surroundings.
My sister lives here and is beautiful. Community has an incredible clubhouse access to the Intercoastal with beach and a day dock boating and fishing
