Keith and his team were absolutely wonderful. The roof on our 2018 home was losing granules at an alarming rate and we suspected a defect with the shingles themselves. TAMKO offers a warranty, but the process required numerous steps. Tidal Wave Roofing was extremely supportive, answering all of our questions, obtaining samples and photos, and helping us to complete our warranty forms. Great experience, from beginning to end. They worked with our insurance company and gave us good options for the shingles. Which we love.Not only was everything handled professionally, but so quickly. They informed us every step of the way and the teams worked well together, from tear off to applying stick down and shingles. The teams were pleasant and friendly.
