Keith is detail oriented, and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. They communicate extremely well via phone, email, and text. I was happy they cleaned up so well after the roof work. There wasn't one piece of trash or roofing nail anywhere in the yard. Quality materials, good prices, and Keith's expertise as a home builder - what more could you want.
Tidal Wave Roofing has been my premier installer of all my roofs as a property owner. Most recently, installed a roof on a 2 story 100 year home in Cocoa, of a commercial property recently purchased. Keith and his team were absolutely wonderful. The roof on our 2018 home was losing granules at an alarming rate and we suspected a defect with the shingles themselves. TAMKO offers a warranty, but the process required numerous steps. Tidal Wave Roofing was extremely supportive, answering all of our questions, obtaining samples and photos, and helping us to complete our warranty forms.
