Tidal Wave roofing was an awesome company, Keith and his team not only exceeded our expectations, but was willing to make sure we were happy with the finished product and that things were done right. The customer support was communicative and top notch. Whether over the phone, via email, or in person, we never felt there was a lapse in response. Would highly recommend!!
Keith came by to assess a leak that had shown up in the last rainstorm. He identified a few places that were cracked and likely sources of water entry and sealed them. Excellent, timely service.

Keith is detail oriented, and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. They communicate extremely well via phone, email, and text. I was happy they cleaned up so well after the roof work. There wasn't one piece of trash or roofing nail anywhere in the yard. Quality materials, good prices, and Keith's expertise as a home builder - what more could you want.
