This review is not for the facility, but for the way memberships are handled. We loved getting our car washed here, but we moved out of state in November of last year. About two weeks ago, I attempted to cancel my Tidal Wave membership online. When I did, the website showed that my membership was inactive. I took that to mean there was no active membership left to cancel, so I did not continue checking back because I had no reason to believe anything else needed to be done.
