Don't open on time. They dont scrub your truck before you go in. The car wash doesn't work half the time . They dont care if they do a good job or not not very friendly either!
Just went through the Tidal Wave car wash in Sylacauga, AL. I purchased the highest wash level. Not a good experience. The wash did a half decent job washing my truck but did not get half of the bugs off the windshield. I pulled back through and told the attendant. I bought a membership and the first wash tore up my front end. All they could do was give me a $27 refund and cancel my membership. Say they're not responsible for damages. BS
Great service and a great wash! Jeremy helped me greatly with my monthly plan which had expired. Totally helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!
