Good luck cancelling your membership. My truck was totaled from and accident. I did it online. Get a response back saying they will review my request. Review! Cancel it. I don't have the vehicle. I had to call my bank because they continue to charge me card. I tried calling but put on hold to never speak to anyone. The service is good, but they will continue charging you and have zero customer support service. Extremely disappointed

I was an extremely satisfied customer until this experience. Several weeks ago, I went through the car wash and was directed into the bay by an employee. As I pulled in, I immediately knew something wasn’t right. I rolled my window down and asked about a noise I was hearing, and the employee told me it was just my tire rubbing. It wasn’t. I left with one bent wheel and another one scratched. This ended up costing me a significant amount of time and money to fix.
