I've contacted the company multiple times to cancel my membership and they won't do it. Again, they charged my card and have yet to respond to my emails. Its to the point of contacting my bank to stop payment. Other than not responding and respecting my wishes, its a good car wash.
Out of all the automatic car wash services I’ve frequented, Tidal is superior. Best my truck has looked coming out of a wash. Staff at front point of sale wasn’t pushy about membership and super friendly.
The employees here especially Crystal are always so kind and helpful, love the car wash quality as well! Thanks again for all your help!
