Cracked my windshield and tore off my lightbar. Asked for touchless. Kim told me it was only on the tires and made me sound like an idiot. She was so unpleasant and rude, and also I have scratches everywhere but since it’s wrapped they heal themselves. So sorry if you have to deal with Kim’s unfortunate attitude she clearly hates life Going to have to talk to the manager about compensation tomorrow since he “wasn’t in”. Praying she gets fired since she was so rude and nasty even before the damage to my car. Yuck!
Joseph was awesome to work with great place to have your car washed and get it vacuumed! Love that the vacuums and towels are included with the wash! One of my favorite washes!

They don’t dry the towels completely so they end up sitting in the coolers & smell musty & moldy. Excuse for that is “the way micro fiber towels work is they work better when they’re wet”. Yeah don’t give me that bs lol go ahead & dry the towels, the spray bottle can be used to wet the towel before application to the vehicle. It’s an okay place to go but really starting to think it’s not worth the price the wife & I pay for two vehicles a month. $70 is a heavy price for also not getting the vehicles clean.
