They don’t dry the towels completely so they end up sitting in the coolers & smell musty & moldy. Excuse for that is “the way micro fiber towels work is they work better when they’re wet”. Yeah don’t give me that bs lol go ahead & dry the towels, the spray bottle can be used to wet the towel before application to the vehicle. It’s an okay place to go but really starting to think it’s not worth the price the wife & I pay for two vehicles a month. $70 is a heavy price for also not getting the vehicles clean. I have a 2024 subaru wrx that I took through tidal wave several times. One day after taking it through I noticed there was paint rubbed/ripped off on all 4 of my rims. I went and got the manager and before he even came over to look at my vehicle he was immediately denying that it happened there. He never apologized he tried saying I must have hit a curb. Seems to be down quite a bit, drove to town today just to wash. It was down for maintenance again. Also, would be nice to have an area for washing floor mats.
