Mr. Caleb and and Mr. Malcolm have been fantastic - they make sure every single time whether I want the brush on my car. Their facility is excellent and exceptionally clean and despite being a 2 years old. I worked at a semi automatic car wash in the past and I can tell all the team members enjoy their work, are helpful and take care of the property and car washing assets. It is a pleasure to get your car washed here.
Caleb is an excellent employee I think one day he will own his own shop. I had an empty cooler in the back of my truck i had forgotten. He let me know it is company policy to not have items in the back of the truck bead for the preservation of equipment and the protection of my vehicle. Then helped me secure my cooler after the car wash. Thank you Caleb!
Had a really rough day and ended up with a flat tire . Decided to pull into tidal wave to asses the flat tire . While managing & working on finding a solution I was approached by , who I believe , is the manager . I was not able to get his name but I just want to give him 5 gold stars for his helpfulness , professionalism , and thoughtfulness to a complete stranger . I’m so happy that I ended up at Tidal Wave . Exceptional service and amazing people .
