I Love Going To Tidal Wave! The prices are similar with other fancier car washes ($15+) with more amenities! After the wash there is a vaccume spot with nice clean microfiber towels provided all day, along with a multipurpose glass cleaner, trash cans and an air nozzle which is GREAT for detail cleaning small crevices. Used to have good washes here. The customer service and team here is amazing, however their machine sucks, which is obviously out of their control - so I’m not blaming them for it. As of late every time I get home from getting a car wash (weekly) I’m finding new harsh scratches on my car. Will be canceling my membership for a touch less wash as it seems this one is too harsh.
Phenomenal customer service! Top notch people! Ended up with a great wash and then the amenities for cleaning the interior of your car (spray and rags) were an added cherry on top. The vacuums were extremely powerful and pulled everything up. They even pressure washed my floor mats for me. Overall 10/10. Will be back.
I LOVED this car was it was affordable and the workers were so so so nice and friendly!! I will definitely be coming back
