After being a member of the "Clean Club" for 2 years... Randomly had my membership canceled do to "invalid payment"... Funny that the card company NEVER DECLINED THE CHARGE...after being told REPEATEDLY over 2 phone calls and 20 mins... 3rd phone call "there might be errors in the payment system". So, have your account Randomly canceled, Tidal Wave blames you when it's their fault.... Great customer service... Called number provided. Got same BS.
