Horrible customer service. Instead of altering a policy to accommodate those whose windshield will not allow the access badge to read, a local and dedicated customer since it's opening is told to cancel their membership instead of working to fix the problem. Tidal Wave will never recieve another dollar from me. A DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you are interested in giving money to those whom give nothing in return except an average car wash.
Just had the opportunity to use this group…. Poor guy in the gate was brand new…. Charged me, but wouldn’t/couldn’t get the gate up. Called over a co-worker…. She couldn’t /wouldn’t get the gate up…. Had to “call a manager”. I’m now at the gate for a good 10 minutes and feeling like I’m trying to buy a used car…. He opens the gate…. Empower your people to do their job, and do not be a bottle neck…. Think outside your box! The customer service was not good, or even close to good. Management needs to be replaced.
Car sat at the garage for months absolutley dirty as hell and the staff there spent a little extra time to make it look presentable and get it back on track to stay clean.
