I scheduled an appointment with Tidal Tint, and they made me wait over an hour past the scheduled time with no explanation. When I asked what was going on, the staff barely acknowledged me.
After the installation, I noticed peeling within a few days. I reached out several times for a warranty fix, but they kept putting me off. Terrible follow-up and zero accountability.
They quoted me one price over the phone, then tried to charge more when I showed up. When I questioned it, they got defensive and rude. Not a professional way to do business.
The waiting area was dirty, and no one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there for several minutes before someone finally came out — and even then, the attitude was cold and rushed.
